This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of DSTLRY Media, Inc. (“DSTLRY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through this website and through any other website that we own or control and which posts to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).

Personal Information We Collect

Information you submit to us:

  • Contact details, such as your first and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

  • Payment informationneeded to complete your transactions with us, including name, payment card information, and billing information. This information is processed by third-party payment processors. The third-party payment processors will handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full payment card information.

Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the emails you receive from us. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by contacting us as provided in the “How to Contact Us” section below. You may continue to receive Services-related and other non-marketing communications.

Online tracking opt-out. Here are some of the ways you can limit online tracking. Please note that these opt-out tools are not associated with DSTLRY and we cannot guarantee that these tools work as their providers advertise them:

  • Blocking cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Services from a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the website, or as otherwise required by law.
