Christian Ward is a multi-Eisner-winning comic book artist and writer. He is perhaps best known for his cosmic space operas Invisible Kingdom co-created with G. Willow Wilson and ODY-C, co-created with Matt Fraction. He has recently worked with actor Oscar Isaac on the OGN Head Wounds: Sparrow and was the artist on the acclaimed DC Black Label series Aquaman: Andromeda and the celebrated Marvel comics series Black Bolt. He is also the writer/co-creator of the hit Image comic Blood Stained Teeth with artist Patric Reynolds. He is a prolific cover artist for DC Comics, BOOM! Studios, Image Comics, and Marvel, and his other clients include Epic Games and Spectravision. Ward lives in Shrewsbury in the U.K. with his two daughters, his wife Catherine, and a pug named Thor.
